Jenny is the co-owner and Managing Director of Careering Options and has led the business since 2002. She has over 14 years' recruitment experience, primarily working across the public sector in the contract market. Jenny has a breadth of prior experience in management and contract roles in public, private and non profit organisations. She is known for her ability to truly understand clients' needs and successfully match these with the right people.

Elizabeth brings experience in marketing, public affairs, communications, management and business development roles in the government, NGO and private sectors to the Careering Options team. As the mother of four daughters, she intimately understands the challenges of balancing a career with family life. A lateral thinker with a real interest in people, Elizabeth is adept at successfully matching contractors' skills and experience with client needs.

Sue is the financial and administrative hub of Careering Options who ensures the smooth running of our office. She draws on a strong background in office administration and enjoys people-focused roles. Before joining our team, Sue worked as a tutor at a private training establishment. She trained people from all walks of life in a range of Microsoft Office applications and got a real buzz out of helping them gain qualifications. Outside of work Sue loves spending time with her grandchildren and is a keen camper.
