It is a privilege to lead a business with the pedigree and animating beliefs that distinguish Careering Options. I have a background in general management in both the non-profit and public sectors, along with a deep interest and experience in leadership development and human flourishing.

I am an optimist, team-player and natural collaborator. I like to enjoy the work I do and those I do it with. Out of work I keep fit, sing in a choir, serve on the boards of two community organisations and stay close to my family.

I thrive on being the interface between clients and contractors. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction then finding the right solution for both. 

My background includes working with not-for-profit, public and commercial sectors. I have extensive experience in relationship management and in developing new opportunities for clients. 

My experience includes partnering with NZ organisations to adopt diverse and inclusive workplaces, helping to match the skills of people from diverse backgrounds (many former refugees) to employers’ requirements. 

In my spare time you can find me on the yoga mat, riding a gorgeous pony called Pearl, taking long walks or listening to music.
